Training Administrator - Hyderabad WFO
 
Role and responsibilities;
● Work closely with the Head of Pipeline RDO in designing, implementing, and
   Overseeing training material creation and maintenance and training programmer
   delivery within Redefine Originals.
● Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new
   tools, techniques and processes into productions.
● Promote workflow efficiency, convey in user language tools and techniques and
    champion best practices as identified by the CG Supervisor group for quality and
    performance.
● Demonstrate technical expertise, and a deep understanding of VFX processes.
   
Technical and personal skills;
 
1. Minimum 3 years experience as an Artist in the VFX industry. Understanding of VFX and Animation  workflow applications is essential. Proficient enough in using these applications or able to learn quickly to be able to converse effectively with stakeholders.
2. Able to understand technical artist terminology in terms of files, formats and processes.
3. Able to create documentation and dummy training assets from a video briefing. Able to link dummy training assets to live DCC scenes and instruct trainees.
4. Adherence to ticketing processes in solutions such as JIRA for tracking and communication.
5. Adept at Performance optimization and highly organized. Able to organize training briefings to a diverse group of artists.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different teams, document tools for technical and non technical audiences from VFX artists to production supervisors and IT departments.
7. Time management, Problem-solving and Troubleshooting: The ability to identify and address technical issues that may arise during VFX production is critical to deliver training during projects and reduce pressure.
